I'm in somewhat of a similar boat. I only have one key FOBfor my 2017 Bolt premier and would like to get a second one without shelling out $$$$ to a dealer. It sounds like getting a replacement transmitter online is pretty easy, then it's just following the steps in the manual?

Thanks

I lost one of my key fobs. I found a supplier online for ~$80 I think. I went to the dealership and sat in the lot while I followed the process in the manual - I was at the dealership in case I messed up and couldn't start my EUV so I'd already be there :). But it was easy, and I got my 2 fobs programmed just fine.

I’m late to this but I paid about 60 USD for a used cleared fob from an online seller and programmed the key myself. Took about 30 mins. I wanted three fobs because sure as hell one of the kids will lose one sooner or later :/
