L2 Chargers For The Home

I got the GE indoor/outdoor charger. It has a jumper setting for 20/30/40 amps. Took me 1 hour to install the charger and the homerun to the electric panel.

The L1 EVSE came with the car looks exactly the same as the one came in the Volt. It has the same name and model # so I would suspect it's the same; though I've yet to open it up. There is a simple mod on the Volt forum to configure to charge at 3kw, just shy of the Volt 3.3kw rate.

Keep in mind the Bolt can absorb 7.2kw rate, but the price is right ... if you have the time.
