South Korea GM plant closings

Does GM have sufficient alternate production facilities for the manufacturing of Chevy Bolt components ? What will this do to the supply chain of parts for 2018 Bolts and also replacement parts ?

Bolt motor, batteries, and transmission made at Incheon plant. Assembled in Michigan. I don't think this plant impacts Bolt production.

They will decide within weeks as wether or not to close all South Korean plants. I guess GM has had enough of the low output levels of these facilities. It supposedly stems from poor management ?
