Need help with leasing numbers in the bay area

I havent been here for a while. Just wanted to share my lease info with everyone. I leased two Bs in July 2015 in the SF bay area, here are the numbers both MSRP were around 49,000:

model year 2014: 3000 35 x 260 15,000 miles per year

model year 2015: 3000 35 x 320 15,000 miles per year
