I can no longer get battery condition or charging info. My onstar sub is good until 2030. Anyone see a change in ladt few days on the app features?

I just checked the IOS version of MyChevrolet. The settings screen says version 7.0.1 (c) 2021. I know the app updated recently, so I don’t totally trust the reported version information.

The battery level and plugged-in status are showing correctly on the My Vehicle page of the app.

Same here. version 7.1.0 (281) 2010-2021.

I've had this problem for about a year. If I delete the cache and data and reconnect to my account, it will typically work for a few days... then it stops again. I did this many times and finally just gave up :-(

The MyChevy app is a hunk of junk! I started having problems with the app about 6 months ago. TODAY, my OnStar module is dead and will cost me several hundred dollars to replace (no longer under warranty). I believe the OnStar folks and my local technicians knew it was failing months ago when I first reported these issues. But that is a horse of a different color!

Support for those using iOS keeps tanking because GM is "all in" in the Android environment. They simply no longer care about millions of their customers using iOS. Abandonment of iOS, lack of OTA updates, and poor customer support is why the 2023 Bolt EUV will be the last GM product that I ever own.

The Bolt EUV is a great car...but the company has lost its ability to appreciate the customer.
