Is my amplifier fried in Bolt 2017?

My girlfriend got a chevy bolt 2017 and suddenly all sounds stopped. Not even the blinker gives off any sounds.

I looked in the back and saw that the amplifier didnt have any ground wire(shouldnt it?) and it looked a bit worn.

Should i get a replacement or can i try to fix it?

This post has been up for some time, did you get a fix? I think since the amplifier is missing a ground wire and looks worn, that could definitely be the issue. You might want to try fixing it first; if that doesn't work, a replacement could be the way to go.
