How is there already a Bolt bumper on Ebay?

What's the deal? Did somebody steal one from the Orion factory?
Or is this off of a pre-production/concept version?

If I had to guess I'd say it's a sign of how many Bolts GM has had on the road during it's pre-production test phase. Enough for at least one to have gotten into an accident (rear ended?) and parted out.

Most likely a pre-production model as the Orange Burst color comes with a grey metallic grey insert on production models.

Except test vehicles don't end up at a junkyard. They go back to GM. This is a bit of a mystery.
