Chevy Bolt headed to Europe as Opel/Vauxhaull?

On the TranpostEvolved website, there's an article talking about the possibility of the Bolt EV making it across the pond.

GM pulled the Amera and Volt out of Europe because of poor sales (perhaps because it cost more than the LEAF and only has 4 seats?)

GM is rumored to take the Bolt EV to Europe at low sales volumes to properly assess market demand and response.

At the time that withdrawal was announced, Opel/Vauxhall CEO Karl-Thomas Neumann hinted that while Europeans wouldn’t get the second-generation Chevrolet Volt when it launched in 2015, they would get a European-market all-electric model.

Most, including us, had presumed this model would be an all-electric version of the all-new Opel Karl city car — sold in the UK as the Vauxhall Viva — but sources talking to Automotive News say they believe GM is now more likely to bring a rebadged Chevy Bolt to Europe rather than an electrified version of the brand new subcompact.

I guess that means they won't produce it in Europe like they were with that Volt? At least at first? That means the Bolt EV price in Europe will be significantly higher than €27000.

In Europe there is a 10% import tax and than VAT.
I expect the price would more like €37000.
