Hello, I ask about the battery life of the Chevrolet Bolt, in how many time is it estimated? I mean, about it's usefuly life.
Is there a time life when it looses power or duration?
We are waiting for the Bolt in Argentina? It seems that it will be here soon.

With only a bit over one year on the market, we won't find any data and conclusions on the Bolt's battery longevity. But we can draw conclusions from other EVs, with thermal management systems for their batteries, that have been on the road longer:

Both of these cases show little to no apparent battery loss over 5+ years.

The batteries are, as far as I know, completely recyclable and refurbish-able. The "issues" are with how varying regions across the world control this process.

The issue is actually with mining the lithium. It is indeed a very dirty process.
