There seems to be an interesting software bug. A number of times I have had the situation at night where the 8 inch dashboard screen shows the appropriate night dark theme and dim illumination, but the 10 inch touch screen stays on the day configuration. I think this has happened when I put the car in reverse at night when just starting out, before the splash screen on the 10 inch completes. The backup camera comes on as it should, and then when going forward the day screen is up. It won't change unless I shut off the car. Now, recently I heard about resetting the head unit by holding down the home and fast forward buttons, and that resets it correctly while driving. So there is a solution, but interesting problem. Anybody else experience this?
