Clearly, my Bolt is tracking the miles I travel, since it has both a trip odometer and a lifetime odometer. Is there some display that shows the tenths of miles ticking away?

If you set the DIC (Driver Information Centre, the screen behind the steering wheel) to show "Vehicle Info" and then use the up/down buttons to show the "Trip" display, the trip odometer includes tenths of a mile. At least I assume it does, on my Canadian Bolt it shows tenths of a kilometre.
