Sure. It puts out 120V AC so the factory EVSE could be plugged into it. I think you're looking at about 50 hours (of sunshine) for a full charge.

I don't see why it wouldn't work, but possibly one could put together a functionally similar system that has a stronger inverter and could support 208 or 240 V at 15 A. That would be much nicer
