New owner and a question

Leased a premier Bolt two weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased. Traded in a 2015 leaf and would have leased a 2018 if it had a 60k battery. With 500 miles on the Bolt I'm having a great time learning as much as possible about it and its many safety features. So nice to have a decent range. I live in Midcoast Maine.

Am new to this forum and have a question. What is the difference between the following two sections and which general topic section should I use? I plan to read many of the general forum posts. Which section should I read?

I've been here since February and can't figure out why they did that either, so I read both! The former should just be News!

I leased on January 3rd.

That first section is for prospective owners or others interested in the Bolt. The latter section is for actual Bolt owners. So I would say you should read/post the sections for Bolt owners.
