Still catching myself checking available miles on the Bolt. I was down to 35 miles on the Leaf (live in Waco so just charged every day at lunch and evening on my level 2 charger and now with what I seems like unlimited miles I catch myself checking when do I need to head home.

Really enjoying the Bolt, especially the two safety features, indicator on side mirrors for passing cars and alert when backing out of parking spaces.

Also glad prior owner put on a trailer hitch, I now ride ebikes, my wife suggested an 80 year old should not be riding motorcycles. Ride off road trails around Waco so now need lightweight rack.

I am sure I will be checking the forum quite often, going to go post now about charging from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am so I can get off peak rates.

My upgrade path was a used 2011 LEAF to a new 2017 Bolt Premiere which I still own. The Bolt easily outperforms the LEAF in so many categories. I like the blind spot monitoring and range estimate indicator showing much more realistic values. It would be nice to have built in maps, but car play is more or less equivalent and is always up to date. I had many things on the LEAF which were expensive repairs while I’ve had hardly any out of pocket repair costs with the Bolt.

I had good luck on repairs for the leaf but for sure did not want to replace the batteries.
