The exact terminology lost me.
There is a Google Automotive package which is a drop-in, not modified by the auto manufacturer and another package (GAS) which is modified by the manufacturer.
Looking at what I consider an authoritative source on
https://built-in.google/cars/ is not helpful for pointing out individual models.
Wikipedia seems to have a curated list. I usually want to go to a better source, but this looks like it.

I am making the assumption that those 108 models do not have Android Auto or CarPlay available.
In addition to that, at least half of the EVs on the road never had AA/CP.
