I wouldn't charge it to all the available listed capacity. Charging to 90%, or 95% at the most, is the best way to prevent fires, or at the least should allow the battery to last longer.
Li-ion batteries normally have an unavailable "cushion", not allowing the charge system to fill them all the way up anyway. It's only a matter of how much the designers think should be there with the given Battery Management algorithms (cell balancing, rate-of-charge modulation, etc.).
