Got a call trough OnStar wile driving, couldn't answer...

Yesterday wile driving home around 7.30pm I received a call trough On-star, I tried to answer but none of the usual buttons worked, eventually the call stopped ringing and the audio resumed, even stranger is the fact that Android Auto maps has stopped working for about a week now with a message "Google can connect right now" and have put the blame on my phone all this time, but when the call resided suddenly the maps App started working....

Anyone else experience this strange issues with Android Auto and On-star ????

I have the same issue.
The solution which fixes it every time for me is to reboot the phone.
Not sure why it happens, but rebooting the Infotainment screen doesn't fix it, but rebooting the phone does.
Rather inconvenient if you can't stop and reboot the phone, but as soon as I do that the next call is answerable.

- was it "onstar" trying to contact you ?

- was YOUR phone ringing through the entertainment/audio system ?
