Do the front seat head rests tilt forward?

Hi all,

Can someone look at this video below and comment on the front seat head rests shown?

It appears the front passenger head rest is tilted much more forward than it is on my Bolt.

I have the LT trim and cannot tilt my front seat head rests.

Same here. Something only available in Premier models like the one in the video? Can any Premier model owners comment?

There is no obvious way to tilt the head restraints independently of the seat backs on the Premier. The button on the side allows raising and lowering (which is at the same angle the head restraint is tilted).
