I have so much you got the car it never had the 12 volt battery replaced. It is strange to me that the 12 volt battery exists at all when there is a 240 volt battery underneath the floor. Anyway I have had to replace the 12 volt battery once possibly 3 months ago I don't remember. If the battery does not hold its charge after you recharging it you probably need to replace it.
My 2019 was dead 6 months ago after coming back out of a store and trying to leave. Road service jumped and then Chevy put in new one for $400! Since then, the guess-o-meter has been indicating about 50% of normal range. They said it will correct after a few full charges but never has after all this time. I'm getting normal range, just annoying to see the erroneous estimates. Dealer says nothing they can do. Thinking of just disconnecting 12v battery for a bit to give it another good reset.
