was coming back from san francisco on the bay bridge this sunday the 16th at around 1:45PM and traffic was pretty slow. just before the tunnel, right in the center lane, there was a bolt stopped dead in its tracks. felt bad for the guy. hard to believe it would be an empty battery given the car's range.
