California Clean Vehicle Rebate

I've applied for the California Clean Vehicle Rebate of $2500. FYI, you can apply for this rebate anytime after getting the registration to your car, and it's available to all California residents whether you've leased or purchased. You do not need to wait until tax time to apply.

After I submitted all my paperwork (scan loan docs and upload) it took approx 6 weeks to get approved. Today, when I go to the website, it says I'm approved and they'll be sending a check within 90 days. Anyone know what the actual time-frame is to get the check after it says you're approved?

My check arrived about two months after the website said I was approved.

Yep, my check also took a couple of months after website said I was approved.

Thanks for the confirmation. I was hoping for a quicker turn-around than that, but I won't lose sleep over it. The rebate is "fun-money" so I'm looking forward to the toy or vacation it'll buy.
