Button below side mirror adjustment

There is a button right below the controls of the side miror adjustments. Does anyone know what it does? I can't find information in the owner's manual. It's an on off switch of some sort which always shows "on."

I don't own a Bolt (yet), but if you're talking about what I think you're talking about it's the power window lockout (owners manual page 53). It lets you disable the passenger power windows so that, for example, your kids don't play with them or open them when they're not supposed to.

Sean is correct. It's the window lock.
