Updating this comment. The latest (third?) version of the SportWing now works just fine. They simplified the base of the "wing," which increases the height of the wheel hooks off the ground. The same bike (700C wheels) now has 9" of ground clearance. Even though I also have a Thule Helium rack, the SportWing is my go to rack. I used Google Shopping to find a vendor, and I bought it from WalMart for $55 including shipping.
