Audio steering wheel controls on LT trims?

Can someone please confirm that all the phone/audio/track steering wheel controls are available on the LT trim of the BOLT? The manual seems to show different volume control buttons on page 105 of the manual. Do we only get the full-audio steering wheel buttons if we get the premier with the infotainment package?

The volume controls are on the right REAR side

The dashed lines for the volume control buttons on pg 105 indicate they are located on the rear of the steering wheel. The other controls are on the front.

It was the first image on the left of the manual page 105 which threw me off. @all-of-the-buttons
