Bolt EV and Spark EV please list your dealership CCS charging experiences here. Please list information such as;

If you were allowed to charge, is the CCS charger available to the general public or only GM vehicle owners?

What was the attitude of the dealership service department towards allowing customers to CCS charge, were they willing or reluctant to let you charge?

Were you allowed to CCS charge the car yourself or were you treated just like any other service customer with you waiting in the waiting room while your car CCS charged?

Were you charged a fee to charge or was the charging free?

Did the CCS charger required a RFID or credit card to charge?

If the CCS charger did require a card did you use your card or the dealerships card?

Was the charger available 24 hours or only during dealership business hours?

My local dealer (AutoNation Valencia Chevrolet) has the D.C. Charger and it is either in use by the Chevy test drive vehicle or a white Honda Accord is parked in the spot when the Bolt is not there. I tried once to activate the charger is it just gave me an error message to plug the charger back into the port.

AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia is called Power Chevrolet in PlugShare. Power Chevrolet has 14 successful checking including 3 successful CCS charges by Bolt EV owners. It looks like Power Chevrolet is friendly to GM vehicle owners but hostile to non-GM EV owners.
