Personally I don't care much about fraud in China specific to the Chinese consumer/govt.

I am interested in it. I agree as far as it's relevance to the Chevy Bolt in North America it has none but it does have value in other areas. For example I teach ESL. 95% of my students are Chinese and we are learning about environment sustainability,which is a very low priority in China, I have been using the electric vehicle as an example of this and this thread will lead to a conversational topic for me. So again I appreciate this type of information being brought to my attention but may not be interesting to many on here
