It is easy to find information on the EV version of the S10 pickup that Chevy sold in approximately '97 and '98. But I vaguely remember an earlier version that was built by a company somewhere in New England which was probably not sold at Chevy dealerships. It had a motor for each rear wheel so it didn't need a differential. Google has not been able to find information on it from searches I have made using what I remember. I have never seen one but I remember reading about them online. Does anybody remember the name of the company that made them? Or when they were sold?
