Not surprising results on this list

Considering that this article supposedly dates from Nov 2016, and that they recommend buying a Spark EV, I'd say ignore the entire article as useless drivel. Why? Because the SparkEV is done with - you CAN'T buy one new anymore (unless there happens to be one or two unsold somewhere) - they are no longer being built.
