If you hear a hissing noise coming from the center vent when A/C is engaged and you are moving or stationary (sometimes it only manifests when stationary), and your a/c doesn’t actually produce cold or barely produces cold then have your a/c inspected, you may have a leak.
I have had this same issue twice. Once at 900 miles and now at 7500 miles. A micro leak this time, last time it was an outright blown hose that shot coolant all in the insides. That one was easier to know something was wrong as zero cool air was produced. This last one was more gradual.
