That is correct. When I leased my Nissan Leaf, the $7500 rebate was returned to me as it was factored into the lease. The entire amount. Other posters on this site, and chevybolt.org have indicated a $2500 rebate factored into their lease, and that money is from the same $7500.

Thanks for the tip. I live in Atlanta, GA, and while this town has an enormous Leaf community, we are last on the Bolt list. Florida is closer than Virginia, (where there are currently the closest Bolts) and I hope to see more transfers out of California.
