I've had this problem for about a year. If I delete the cache and data and reconnect to my account, it will typically work for a few days... then it stops again. I did this many times and finally just gave up :-(

I had the same problem. I brought it to dealership today, and they diagnosed the problem as "Loose Lower Steering Shaft Bolt" and fixed it in less than an hour. Fix was "torqued the bolt to specs". No charge since Bolt EV is still under warranty. Steering is back to smooth as butter.

Family of 4 went camping... ~800 miles total traveled with roof cargo. Roof cargo reduce range from our usual ~260m to about ~210 -- but had no trouble finding fast chargers and used charging sessions to fuel up children :D .
