I would say L mode would probably not hold you very well, should you be rear-ended. Solution seems obvious to me. Foot on brakes when stopped. 1 - Brake lights stay on. 2 - You won't get pushed into the path of travel of the dump truck becoming a pancake.

Also, comparing Toyota to GM when deciding whether or not to get an extended warranty isn't quite fair. Yes, all cars can have issues, but Toyota's are far and away better build quality. That's why they've won best resale value for like 7 years in a row.

You guys need to put stickers on your car for HOV lanes? Efffff that. In Ontario, Canada, we get special plates. Green letters. I would literally forego the use of an HOV lane if I had to put a damn sticker on my car.

I went with black because I'm not a huge fan of contrast. As an example, I prefer 'sport' version of trucks - that have color matched bumpers/mirrors etc.... instead of a contrasting grey plastic or worse, chrome. Another example is the Audi R8 'blades' behind the doors. Looks so much better...

The silver only comes on the black painted car. The black grille comes on EVERYTHING else. There is no option to get the black grille on the black car. I'm gonna wrap it in a carbon fibre wrap.
