Guess what? I took my car to Premier Chevrolet in Carlsbad CA. First, they wanted to do a diagnostic test for $250.00 which could take up to 2 days. Then I showed the technician the service bulletin number. I might as well have been speaking Russian. The blank look was amazing. I heard the pitch...
I can't imagine how a legitimate dealer would think you should pay for a correction related to the General Motors defective battery replacement. If you know the service bulletin number I think it would be covered by the manufacturer.
Any other responses out there?
Recently everytime I open the door first thing in the morning I get a series of quick tapping sounds. Sometimes up to 70 of them but mostly around 30. Then, after I have been using the car I sometimes get a few of the taps when I open the door or the trunk.
Anyone have a clue about why this is...
